PTManagerExtTimeSpec
The Business Object Manager for External Employee Time Specifications
enables you to display time data recorded in an external system and posted to infotypes in SAP HR Time Management
(PT) at the external system.
Integration
Time data must first have been transferred to the infotypes in SAP HR Time Management using the Business Object
BUS7011 Manager for External Attendances/Absences and BUS7012 Manager for External
Employee Remuneration Specifications.
Example
Your Logistics and HR systems are operated in separate systems (decoupled). You record time data using the SAP Time Sheet
(CA-TS), which is located in the Logistics system. The data is then transferred from the Logistics system to
SAP HR Time Management.
After posting in SAP HR Time Management, you can now manage the time data from the Time Sheet from
SAP HR Time Management.
