QualificationP

Definition

Qualification type held by a person (or by a similar object such as a user, applicant, and so on).

Purpose

Qualifications enable you to map a person's qualifications,
competencies, skills, licenses, characteristics, knowledge, and so on in the system.

You do this by assigning a person to a qualification type. You can
specify for each person the extent to which the person fufills a qualification.

Structure

A person's qualifications contain the following information:

  • Plan version

  • Object type

  • ID of person

  • ID of qualification type

  • Validity

  • Proficiency

  • Integration

  • You create a relationship between a person and a qualification type in
the qualifications profile of the object in question. You assign
proficiencies to qualification types in the qualifications profile of the object in question.

    Example

  • Person A has English language skills (proficiency 'Native speaker')

  • Person B is in possession of a driver's license

  • 11-Dec-2005
