User Exits DME Administration
This enhancement enables users to further process data that was downloaded from data medium exchange files using the DME management functions (transaction FDTA). Users can, for example, use function module WS_EXECUTE to start an external program on the application server to process the generated file.
The DME management functions call up function module EXIT_SAPMFDTA_001. The complete file name is copied, since this may have to be abbreviated in the structure REGUT. One of the tables from this structure is also copied, containing the detailed specifications on the generated file
