The user exit is invoked if a release code has the Workflow indicator '9'. Objects from personnel planning can be passed on as the "person responsible", e.g. 'US' (user) in the field 'Object type' and a user name in the field 'Processor ID'. o Example of how the person responsible is determined via a customer-specific table:
You can create a customer-specific Customizing table similar to table T16FW, via which the person responsible is determined using the characteristics "release group", "release code", etc. o Example of how the person responsible is determined via the cost center:
