HR-BEN: Function Exits
In the standard SAP system, the feature BENGR is evaluated to assign a first program grouping to an employee. You can use a function exit to bypass or modify this mechanism. To use the function exit, proceed as follows: - Create an enhancement project and then assign the enhancement PBEN0002 which is described here to this project.

EXIT_SAPLHRBEN00FEATURE_002 is the only component of PBEN0002. Adapt this function exit to meet your requirements. - Activate the enhancement project. The first program grouping will now be assigned in accordance with the coding stored in the function exit.
