Compensation Administration: User Exit
In the standard Compensation Management component there are several rules you can use to check employee eligibility for a compensation plan. You can also define your own eligibility rules for checking employee eligibilty by using a function exit and maintaining the Customizing step 'User-defined Criteria'.

To use a function exit:

  • Create an enhancement project, and assign the enhancement PCMP0002 (described here) to this project.
  • The component of the enhancement PCMP0002 is function exit EXIT_SAPFHCMP_001. Modify this component so that it meets your requirements.
  • Activate the enhancement project. The ranges you specified in the Customizing step 'User-defined Criteria' can now be checked.
