Function Exits: QM-STI Interface
This function enhancement is called after an entry has been generated for table CHARACTERISTIC_HEADER. The enhancement is primarily used to make entries in the user-fields of the table. The function enhancement, however, has access to all the fields in the table with the exception of the key fields.
