Customer Exits QM/PM Notifications
When you process the notifications, you can have the system determine the tasks automatically. In the standard system, the system determines the tasks on the basis of the response time and service profile, which are assigned to the notification type.
In addition to this standard function, you can also determine the tasks yourself. The system provides you with all of the latest notification data as a source of information. On the basis of this information, you can create your own algorithms to determine the tasks. These tasks will be copied into the notification.
